How do I refer a friend?
There are two easy ways to refer a friend:
Option 1: Log into your Elevation Aesthetics and Wellness patient profile through our booking site on Boulevard. Click “Your Appointments” at the top of the screen and sign in. Once logged in, select “Hi [Your Name]” in the top right corner, then click “Refer a Friend.” From there, hit “Get My Referral Link” to share it with your friends—when they book using your link, they’ll automatically receive $50 off their first service.
Option 2: Keep it simple—have your friend book an appointment and mention your name when they arrive. They’ll receive $50 off their service, and your account will be credited $50 after their visit.

How to Purchase:
Head to our booking site and click “Gift Cards.” From there, you can select a preset amount or enter a custom value.
You’ll then be prompted to sign in to your Elevation account. Once signed in, simply enter the recipient’s information and complete your purchase. The gift card will be sent directly to them, and their account balance will be updated automatically.
If you’re purchasing a gift card for yourself (for a special or promotion), just send it to your own email. Your account will be credited with the amount you paid, and our team will manually adjust your balance to reflect the promotional value.

We do charge a fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment. We also charge 100% for a no-show.

A valid credit card will be required for all bookings

A $50.00 deposit is required for all appointments when booking. This will go towards your treatment.

For all appointments canceled within 48 hours, there will be no cancellation charge

For appointments canceled in under 48 hours, there will be a $50 fee

For no-shows or same-day cancellations, there will be a $100.00 fee
Please Note
We appreciate you showing up on time for your appointment as we want to make sure that you get the most out of your time with us. Showing up late may alter the amount of time left for your appointment as we do book back to back appointments.
We can not guarantee that you will be able to complete your service if you are more than 15 minutes late.
While we absolutely love babies and kiddos, we appreciate you finding alternative arrangements for them during your appointment time. Thank you!
