Jennifer will take the time to understand your symptoms, health goals, lifestyle, and laboratory results to create an individualized plan designed to support your overall health, energy, and well-being.
Please Note: Laboratory fees are not included in the $250 consultation fee. Labs may be ordered through our practice and completed at a local laboratory, or eligible recent results may be requested from your primary care provider.
Follow-Up Care
Four-Week Follow-Up — Complimentary
A complimentary follow-up is included approximately four weeks after beginning treatment. During this visit, we will assess how you are feeling, review your progress, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
Ongoing Hormone Management — Approximately $80 per Visit
After your complimentary follow-up, ongoing hormone management visits are generally scheduled at least every three months, based on your individualized treatment plan.
Each follow-up visit includes:

Review and renewal of prescriptions, when appropriate

Adjustments to your individualized treatment plan, as needed
Additional laboratory testing and medications are not included in the office-visit fee.
