Dermal Filler

  • Avoid any Blood thinning products 1 week before your appointment: avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, Alleve.

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to appointment.

  • Stop all skin care products containing retinol, glycolic acid, tretinoin or Vitamin C 24 hours before. 

  • Hair removal: avoid waxing, tweezing, threading or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated 1 week before treatment

  • Supplements: Avoid Fish oil, Vitamin E, ginko biloba, primrose, and ginseng 24-48 hours before. 

  • Take Arnica Montanna tablets up to two days before appiontment and 2 hours before appointment to help reduce bruising. 

  • Arrive with a clean face and no make up

Pre Care

Post Care

  • Apply gel pack provided to reduce swelling and help with discomfort. 10-15 minutes at a time, do not apply pressure. For the first 24 hours. 

  • Avoid strenuous activity and excessive heat exposure (Saunas, hot tubs) for up to 48 hours. 

  • Stay hydrated

  • Avoid smoking

  • Avoid pressure or massaging the area for up to two weeks after. For lip filler avoid kissing or straws to avoid displacement of the filler. 

  • Use a gentle cleanser for 48 hours post treatment

  • Sleep with your head elevated to minimize swelling

  • May take Tylenol for discomfort, avoid any Ibuprofen/Alleve for up to 48 hours

  • Follow Up Appointment: Please return at 14 days to see your provider to monitor your healing and address any concerns.

Neurotoxin

  • Avoid any blood thinners to reduce your chances of bruising. (Ibuprofen, Alleve, Blood thinners, Alchol)

  • No Active infections, cold sores ( Let your provider know if you have a history of these)

Pre Care

Post Care

  • Do not lay flat for up to 5 hours post injection

  • No heavy exercise or sweating for 48 hours post injection

  • No massaging for 48 hours after treatment. 

Sculptra

  • Reschedule appointment if you have a rash in the treatment area or if you have been taking antibiotics within 2 weeks of treatment date.  

  • Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and other blood-thinning medications, as well as certain supplements like fish oil, vitamin E, and St. John's Wort, for a week or two before treatment. These can increase the risk of bruising.

  • Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24-48 hours before your appointment, as it can also contribute to bruising and swelling.

  • Avoid using products that contain potentially irritating ingredients like retinol or glycolic acid for a few days before your appointment. 

  • Stay hydrated and avoid coming in on an empty stomach, which can help with comfort during the procedure. 

  • Please ensure that you do not have any dental appointments two weeks before or after treatment.

  • If you have a history of cold sores, inform us, as we may recommend antiviral medication before treatment. 

Pre Care

Post Care

  • Massage the treated areas gently for five minutes, five times a day, for five days to help distribute the product and minimize nodule formation. 

  • Apply ice packs to the treated areas for short intervals to reduce swelling and bruising. 

  • Avoid excessive sun and UV exposure until redness and swelling subside, and always wear sunscreen.

  • Refrain from strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours after treatment to minimize swelling and bruising (light walking is ok).

  • Avoid applying makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours after treatment. 

  • Avoid other facial treatments, such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion, for at least two weeks. 

  • Avoid dental work, vaccines, surgeries, and tattoos for a few weeks after treatment. 

  • You can take acetaminophen (Tylenol) for any discomfort or pain, but avoid ibuprofen and other NSAIDs. 

  • Continue to hydrate and consider incorporating foods rich in vitamin C and protein to support collagen production. 

  • Consider topical or oral Arnica to help with bruising.

  • Notify us immediately if you experience any signs of infection, such as fever, excessive pain, or discharge. 

DE|RIVE Hair Restoration

  • Avoid Blood-Thinning Medications: Inform your provider if you’re taking any blood-thinning medications, as they may need to be paused before treatment.

  • Refrain from Smoking and Alcohol: Avoid smoking and consuming alcohol for at least three days prior to your session to enhance healing and treatment efficacy.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your appointment to ensure your scalp is well-hydrated.

  • Clean Scalp: Arrive with a clean scalp free of products. It’s advisable to wash your hair the day before and avoid applying any styling products.

  • Eat a Light Meal: Consume a light meal before your treatment to help maintain stable blood sugar levels during the procedure.

  • Protect Your Scalp: Minimize sun exposure to your scalp in the days leading up to your appointment, and consider wearing a hat when outdoors.

  • Avoid Hair Washing: Refrain from washing your hair for at least 24 hours post-treatment to allow the exosomes to fully absorb.

  • Use Gentle Hair Products: When you resume washing, opt for gentle, sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to prevent scalp irritation.

  • Avoid Heat Styling: Steer clear of heat styling tools and harsh chemical treatments for at least one week following the procedure to protect the treated areas.

  • Protect from Sun Exposure: Shield your scalp from direct sunlight by wearing a hat or applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen when outdoors.

  • Stay Hydrated: Continue to drink ample water daily to support overall scalp health and recovery.

Collagen P.I.N.

  • Avoid taking any anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil or Alleve for 48 hour before treatment. 

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes for 24-48 hours before treatment

  • Use the DETOX hydrating serum for 7 days prior to treatment to hydrate skin. 

  • Let your provider know if you have a history of cold sores 3 days prior to your treatment.

Pre Care

Post Care

  • Use only products that are sent home with you to use 3-5 days post treatment (Gentle cleanser and REPAIR serum) and SPF 30 or higher mineral based SPF

  • Avoid touching area treated, only with clean hands. 

  • Clean pillow case the night of treatment, keep hair off skin. 

  • Wipe down glasses and phone with alcohol for 24 hours post treatment

  • No excessive heat or sweating for up to 24-48 hours post treatment. 

  • No active ingredients for up to 7 days post treatment. (Retinol, Vitamin C, Glycolic, Tretinoin, Alpha hydroxy or beta hydroxy)

Waxing/Dermaplane 

  • Do not use any active skincare ingredients for up to  2 weeks before treatment (Tretinoin, Retinol)  As your skin may tear.

  • Let your provider know if you have any active infections. 

Pre Care

  • Gentle skin care the day of treatment

  • Avoid Sun Exposure for 48 hours post treatment

  • Wear SPF 50 or higher post treatment 

Brow Lamination

Pre Care

  • Do not tweeze, wax, or thread your brows for a week prior to your appointment. This helps ensure you have a full canvas to work with and allows for precise shaping. 

  • Arrive with a clean face, free of any makeup, especially around the brow area. 

  • Refrain from any facial treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, or spray tans that can irritate the skin around the brows.​

  • A gentle exfoliation of the brow area the night. before can help prepare the skin for the treatment. However, avoid harsh scrubs or anything that could cause irritation.

Post Care

  • No makeup remover for the first 48 hours. They may strip the tint or disturb the lamination. 

  • Avoid touching brow hairs.

  • Avoid sleeping on your face or on your side and avoid wearing an eye mask to sleep for at least 48 hours post treatment.

  • Avoid steam from showers, saunas, dishwashers or ovens.

  • Avoid wetting the brow hairs within the first 48 hours.

  • Avoid exfoliation of the skin around the brow area for 48 hours.

  • Avoid using retinols, vitamins, AHA's, BHA's, steroid creams or skin thinning treatments for at least 48  hours post treatment.

  • After wetting the brow hairs (after the initial 48 hours)  it is necessary to gently brush them back into place.

Lash Lift

Pre Care

  • Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup.

  • Avoid waterproof mascara 48 hours before your appointment (it can leave residue and affect lift quality).

  • Discontinue use of lash serums, oils, or heavy eye creams at least 24 hours prior.

  • Remove contact lenses before the procedure.

  • If you have sensitive eyes or skin, let us know ahead of time.

Post Care

For the first 24–48 hours:

  • Avoid water, steam, sweat, or tears (no showers, saunas, swimming, or workouts).

  • Do not apply mascara or eye makeup.

  • Avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping face-down.

  • Do not use eyelash curlers.

  • Avoid oily products, eye creams, or serums near the eyes.

  • Do not get any facial service.

After 48 hours:

  • You may resume your normal skincare/makeup routine, but continue to avoid oil-based products near the lashes to maintain the lift.

  • Use a nourishing lash serum or conditioner (oil-free) to keep lashes healthy.

  • Gently brush your lashes upward daily with a clean spoolie to keep them lifted and separated.

  • Lash lifts typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your lash cycle and aftercare.

Lash/Brow Tint

Pre Care

  • Avoid wearing eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow) on the day of your appointment.

  • Arrive with clean skin — no oils, moisturizers, or creams around the eye area.

  • Avoid waterproof mascara 24–48 hours before your appointment, as it can leave residue.

  • Do not use retinol, AHA/BHA products, or exfoliants near the eye area for at least 72 hours before your appointment.

  • If you have sensitive skin or allergies, notify us ahead of time. 

Post Care

  • Avoid getting the area wet for at least 24 hours after treatment (no swimming, sweating, or steam).

  • Avoid oil-based products and cleansers around the treated area, as oil can break down tint faster.

  • Don't rub or touch the brows or lashes.

  • no exfoliation or active skincare ingredients (retinols, AHAs, BHAs) near the lashes/brows for 72 hours.

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds, as UV rays can fade the tint quickly.

  • Use a gentle, non-oily makeup remover if needed.

  • Do not apply makeup or mascara to lashes/brows or receive any other eye treatment for at least 24 hours after the treatment.

  • Do not sleep on your face.

ZO 3-Step Peel

Pre Care

  • Avoid exfoliating for 48 hours prior to your appointment.​

  • Avoid AHAs, BHAs, retinols, and self-tanning for 7 days prior.

  • Avoid any waxing, hair removal, or hair bleaching for 14 days prior.

  • Avoid UV or sun exposure for 14 days prior.

  • Avoid having the peel until skin has completely healed from any procedures, such as IPL, lasers or microdermabrasion.

Post Care

  • Redness, stinging, itching, mild swelling, flaking and peeling are all normal signs after the peel and vary based on patient responses.

  • Exfoliation generally will start 2-3 days after treatment and end by approximately day 5.

  • Avoid rubbing, scratching or peeling/picking the skin with your fingers while healing.

  • Avoid makeup for 24-48 hours following treatment.

  • Avoid AHAs, BHAs, retinols, waxing, hair removal, or hair bleaching for 14 days following treatment.
