Hair removal: avoid waxing, tweezing, threading or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated 1 week before treatment

Take Arnica Montanna tablets up to two days before appiontment and 2 hours before appointment to help reduce bruising.

Apply gel pack provided to reduce swelling and help with discomfort. 10-15 minutes at a time, do not apply pressure. For the first 24 hours.

Refrain from strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours after treatment to minimize swelling and bruising (light walking is ok).

Brow Lamination

Do not tweeze, wax, or thread your brows for a week prior to your appointment. This helps ensure you have a full canvas to work with and allows for precise shaping.

Refrain from any facial treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, or spray tans that can irritate the skin around the brows.​

A gentle exfoliation of the brow area the night. before can help prepare the skin for the treatment. However, avoid harsh scrubs or anything that could cause irritation.
Post Care

No makeup remover for the first 48 hours. They may strip the tint or disturb the lamination.

Avoid touching brow hairs.

Avoid sleeping on your face or on your side and avoid wearing an eye mask to sleep for at least 48 hours post treatment.

Avoid steam from showers, saunas, dishwashers or ovens.

Avoid wetting the brow hairs within the first 48 hours.

Avoid exfoliation of the skin around the brow area for 48 hours.

Avoid using retinols, vitamins, AHA's, BHA's, steroid creams or skin thinning treatments for at least 48 hours post treatment.

After wetting the brow hairs (after the initial 48 hours) it is necessary to gently brush them back into place.
Lash Lift
Pre Care

Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup.

Avoid waterproof mascara 48 hours before your appointment (it can leave residue and affect lift quality).

Discontinue use of lash serums, oils, or heavy eye creams at least 24 hours prior.

Remove contact lenses before the procedure.

If you have sensitive eyes or skin, let us know ahead of time.
Post Care
For the first 24–48 hours:

Avoid water, steam, sweat, or tears (no showers, saunas, swimming, or workouts).

Do not apply mascara or eye makeup.

Avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping face-down.

Do not use eyelash curlers.

Avoid oily products, eye creams, or serums near the eyes.

Do not get any facial service.
After 48 hours:

You may resume your normal skincare/makeup routine, but continue to avoid oil-based products near the lashes to maintain the lift.

Use a nourishing lash serum or conditioner (oil-free) to keep lashes healthy.

Gently brush your lashes upward daily with a clean spoolie to keep them lifted and separated.

Lash lifts typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your lash cycle and aftercare.

Avoid wearing eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow) on the day of your appointment.

Arrive with clean skin — no oils, moisturizers, or creams around the eye area.

Avoid waterproof mascara 24–48 hours before your appointment, as it can leave residue.

Don't rub or touch the brows or lashes.
